W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate cannot prevent Licensee or Licensee’s Permitted Guests from becoming exposed to, contracting or spreading COVID-19 while using the PowerHouse - Private Event Venue. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the virus. Therefore, if Licensee chooses to utilize the Licensed Area, Licensee may be exposing themselves and Licensee’s Permitted Guests to the virus and increasing the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
